We’re happy to announce the completion of the Rymill Park Lake Renewal Project, marking the end of a significant transformation for one of Adelaide’s most treasured spaces. Here’s a summary of what’s been achieved:

• Completion of Works: All planned works were successfully finalised in October, delivering a revitalised and sustainable space for the community to enjoy.
• Landscaping and Pathways: The final stages included completing the landscaping, installing new turf, and constructing pathways around the lake perimeter, ensuring safe and accessible connections throughout the park.
• Sustainable Enhancements: As part of our commitment to sustainability, the project has incorporated environmentally sensitive practices, ensuring the lake and surrounding areas will thrive for generations to come. Such features include a new bio-filter “raingarden”, which serves to filter nutrient loads from the water to assist in maintaining a healthy waterway.
• Community Access: We’re pleased to confirm that the park is now fully reopened, providing an inviting and vibrant space for leisure, events, and community gatherings.
